This is how a rental takes place at Housing4rent!

Viewing your property

At the assessment, we talk about, what kind of tenant you will prefer and the commission is reviewed. We will review your property, and we will assess a realistic rent level in consultation with you.

The Commission agreement

Once you have decided to work with Housing4rent, you sign a commission agreement, and we will start working on finding the right tenant for you and your home.

Marketing

 

The property will be advertised in our extensive network of Danish and international
partners.

Viewings

We then begin showing your property to tenants. All tenants are screened before the first showing of your home. You are always notified of upcoming screenings. We will need you to provide us with a key so we have access to the property and can show it to prospective tenants.

The lease contract

When the right tenant is found, a lease is drawn up and sent to the tenant for signing. The lease is approved by you before sending it to the tenant.

Settlement

Once the lease contract has been signed by both parties, the tenant pays the deposit and first month’s rent to Housing4rent. Then we transfer the money to you (minus our fee). The payment to you is processed within within 3 banking days.
